What kind of wicks do you use? Our candles use unbleached, lead-free cotton wicks.
How can I maximize the burn time? All of our candles require no trimming upon first lighting; if the wick appears too long, simply trim it in half. The flame should remain relatively even upon first lighting, and the burn time should be approximately 3-5 hours. Always monitor the candle during lighting and place it above a heat-resistant surface.
When should the wick be trimmed? After the first lighting, ensure the top wax is completely melted from edge to edge and the wax has hardened. For the second and all subsequent lighting, we recommend using a wick trimmer to trim the wick to 1/4 inch (at least 1/4 inch).
How do I know when my candle is finished? It's time to stop using it when there's about 1/4 inch (about 0.6 cm) of wax remaining. It's not recommended to light a candle with little or no wax left.
What can I do with my empty glass jar? We strongly recommend making good use of your glass. A trick to remove any excess wax is to freeze it for at least 24 hours. Then, tap the bottom of the glass firmly; the wax will pop back up. Wash away any remaining wax with mild soap and water. Now you have a beautiful glass that can be used to store pens, makeup tools, or even a mini succulent.
All candle glass containers (except the Supernatural series) are safe to eat and can be used as drinking glasses (after cleaning), but we recommend hand washing and never putting them in the dishwasher. Some limited edition candles (including the Supernatural series) are not recommended for use as drinking glasses, but they can still be used for other purposes, such as holding succulents, storing pens, makeup tools, etc.
How can I get a sample of your high-quality fragrances? We currently offer sample sets, which all customers can try before purchasing full-size fragrances.
Where are your products made? Our candles and fragrances are made in the USA.

How can I update my shipping address? If you need to change your shipping address, please email Support@keketec.club immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. We're not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses, but we'll do our best to update it as quickly as possible.
How can I modify my order? If you select an item by mistake, we can't modify it once the order has been placed. We'll need to cancel the order and ask you to place a new one. If this happens, please contact us at Support@keketec.club.
This is a gift, can I leave a message? We now offer the option to add a gift card to your order. :) You can find this option in your shopping cart. Furthermore, all our orders are considered gifts, as each package is beautifully packaged and does not include any receipt or price information.
Fulfillment
How long does it take to process your order? Our processing time averages 1-2 business days, with up to 3 business days during holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
