Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
United States -
We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, including APOs and PO Boxes. Please allow extra shipping time for orders shipped to non-continental addresses.
A tracking notification will be sent after your order is processed, not a shipping notification. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available after receiving it. It may take longer for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time
Order processing time is 12-48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed the next business day. Shipping time does not include processing time.
Shipping Times (excluding holidays and weekends):
- Standard: 4-8 business days*
- 2-Day: 2 business days, by the end of the day*
- Overnight: 1 business day, by the end of the day*
*Please allow additional shipping time for addresses in APO, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
*Please note that estimated shipping times do not include handling time. Shipping time begins when the package is delivered to the carrier.

Keketec now offers standard shipping for passports to Canadian customers. Duties and taxes are now calculated in the shopping cart and paid at checkout, ensuring your shipment arrives without delays or unexpected charges. All orders are paid DDP, and customers are responsible for all duties and taxes at the time of order placement.
Standard Shipping Rates (All rates are calculated in USD)
- Standard Canadian shipping rate = rate calculated based on the destination postal code and weight + duties and taxes
Shipping Time (excluding holidays and weekends):
- Standard: 8-14 business days
*Customers within Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country. These fees are charged at checkout.
Keketec is not responsible for duties, taxes, or tariffs and will not reimburse any expenses associated with these fees. Keketec is not responsible for refused packages, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any other package delays. Shipping charges are paid directly to the shipping company and are non-refundable.

Important Shipping Information
Keketec is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer under our control. In the event of any package being lost, stolen, pending pickup, or requiring a change of address, please contact the courier directly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for unreliable or unsafe shipping addresses due to incorrect shipping information entered or packages being lost, stolen, or misplaced. Please consider shipping to an address where someone can receive the package, such as work or your grandmother's house.
If your package is stopped at any time, don't worry. It's still en route and is likely simply being scanned by customs or a new distribution center. Weather delays or other events may occasionally cause delays, and your tracking page will update the latest shipping status.
