Our General Policy
We gladly accept returns/exchanges on any item in its original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition, including all packaging.
Please email Support@keketec.club within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that you return the item within 14 days of receiving the RA#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 14-day requirement for requesting the RA# will only be eligible for an online store credit/exchange and will not be refunded. You have 14 days from the receipt of the RA# to ship the returned item.
If you decide to return an item to Keketec, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred on the package (including both original and return shipping), and the cost of returning the package to Keketec. Please note that this amount will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item for an exchange, we will provide you with a free return label (for domestic customers only; international customers are responsible for their own return shipping).
Once the returned item is verified to be correct, we will process your refund within 10 business days and notify you via email at that time. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be credited to your card. Once the exchange item is verified to be correct, we will ship it based on stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria. If your package is not accepted, it will be returned at your expense without a refund.
Items that appear to be used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refund or exchange.
